"Outstanding with a result far more than expected. David cleaned, re-grouted, and sealed the tile in a shower that had been neglected for years. He also cleaned and resealed the shower pan as well as thoroughly cleaning the shower door. The result was a like-new shower. David is professional, dedicated, and very detail oriented. He's also an excellent communicator. I was thrilled with the results. I intend to hire him to restore the rest of the tile and stone in my house. Highly recommended."

"Serge is wonderful. He tells what the job cost (replace toilet cost $250, he does not "pad" his labor cost. He does not nickle and dime you over the price of nails or screws or ther materials. He re-tiled our bathroom. We bought the tiles and matching grout. He had the morter and spacers- which were factored into his cost. We had a few hiccups with things not fitting right , Serge was very patient, gave us options, and worked to solve the issue. I would definitely hire him for more jobs."

"First Choice Tile and Grout did an excellent job on our bathroom. Both the shower and floor look so great. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. "Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."
