Not only did they save me a ton of money (less than half of MY cheapest estimates) but they tailored my payments to fit my budget and got the job done in record time. The roof has already weathered two severe storms including tornado warnings , and hail and wind shear alerts and came out beautifully. 28 gauge duralloy sheets formed by Perfection personnel and installed by Perfection installers. And FAST?!! It only took them 2 days and there's not a screw or nail showing anywhere !! "This is a positive follow up to the negative review posted March, 2021. Due to a telephone number change I was unable to discuss a crack in my bedroom ceiling for a year after they replaced the roof. Once Richard's realized that that I was trying to contact them, Jim, the owner, immediately came out to review the problem. He was very friendly and apologetic for the miscommunication. He carefully examined the crack and checked the roof and determined that the roof was fine and did not cause the crack. He also refastened my gutters where loose and filled in a crack on the wood molding around the family room at no charge. I am now very pleased with Richard's roofing and will use them again."

Sheldon and his team recently finished putting a 'new roof' on our home, I highlight 'new roof' because they delivered more than just new shingles. Ridgecon installed modern intake venting and roof peak venting that is making a difference in the attic venting on hot days. "I had no idea what to do with my problem as I was told by a friend who said I may have lost the cap to my exhaust pot
on my roof.  So I called a a Chimney repair man from Angie's List but he informed me I would be bettrer off calling a
chimney sweeper to repair it. So I found A Cheaper Sweeper company on Angie's list.  I called him August 22.  He came out August 23 andf took a look at my problem.  He told me the cap was not mine but my neighbor's,  but I had a problem that did not look good. It was the chase on my chimney. It had rusted pretty bad.  A chase is a trench or channel for drainpipes or wiring.  Mr. Lee estimated it would cost around $500 to repair.  So We made a deal and I left town.  I wrote him a check for half of the job and put it in mail for him.
I went on vacation as he began the job. He called several times to tell me where he was on finishing the job.  He had the part made by someone and waited a day or so, then it rained a couple of times.  Then on Friday, August 7, 2012 he called and left a
message stating the job was finished and that I have a lifetime gaurantee on my new chimney chase. Of couse I had a couple of neighbors text me and said did you know you have a man on your roof?  We look out for each other, so I told them yes I did, he is the chimney man from Angie's list and it is all right.  I would recommend this company to everyone.
