"The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

On the roof, in the basement, in the attic, he covered every inch of the house inside and out. The report that was shared had photos to show what he had noticed to better put into context what he was describing.
