In the process of removing old tub we discovered the sub-flooring had water damage and needed repaired; he initially quoted me an outrageous price to repair the entire bathroom sub-flooring when it was only a 3' x 4' area. -He showed up two hours late with his workers and In the end they did not completely repair the damaged area."

The room turned out better than I expected. <br /> He came in with better ideas than other contractor s. He took the window and door from the existing exterior wall, shifted them to the new room exterior wall and made shelving for pictures on the inside of the old window opening. <br /> He also had the hvac contractor tie into the existing ductwork which resulted in a better and cheaper solution than other options. <br /> He handled this job like it was his own personal residence.
