Jon the head contractor showed extensive and wide ra ging knowledge and expertise. His detail work was exceptional. He was able to perform tasks we requested but also was able to troubleshoot problems we didn't know how to solve, suggesting several options for us to consider. "As can happen, the project started out slow. Ryan was a little late the first day. But we discussed it, and he made up for it by getting right to work. He had a couple of guys with him, and they all worked very hard taking out the old deck, and getting ready to put the new one in it's place. During the project, we had a couple of hiccups (which I was quick to point out...lol). However, Ryan took care of them right away. And, as anyone who has ever done home repairs can tell you, sometimes unexpected things come up. Ryan went out of his way to take care of them as well. As for the new deck, I had a very detailed design that I wanted executed, and Ryan and his guys did a great job making my vision a reality. Bottom line, I am so pleased that I will keep him in mind for any other jobs that I may decide to do in the future."

"Rob is a consummate professional. He assisted us in discovering and dealing with damage from a leak in our basement wall. Rob made suggestions for the repair which was completed by our waterproofing company. He replaced the dry wall after cutting a one foot high section out of the perimeter of the room for the waterproofing work. Weeks later after the waterproofing was finished, he replaced the dry wall. We painted the walls and he came back to replace the baseboard trim. Rob always kept his appointments for work at our house. If he could not come at the appointed time, he called and set up another time. The work stretched over several months. We were delighted with the results. He did a wonderful job and we would not hesitate to call on him again."
