Sam diagnosed the trouble and we had Sam install a new Raheem water heater. He was very quick to respond to my needs and explained very clearly the trouble found. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way.
