"One of the cables snapped, that attaches springs to the garage door. These help balance weight of the door when raising and lowering. I also wanted to consider replacing the old springs that seemed not strong enough. We scheduled early afternoon the same day. They suggested converting to more current Torsion spring system which is also safer, and provided an estimate and completed in a little over an hour for the quoted $425. They answered my questions, did a good job, it works well. The new type poses less risk if a cable or spring snaps, compared to the prior setup."

"Garage spring broke and Dennis came out the next Day and was able to quickly diagnose the issue as to why our garage door spring had broke twice within the last 5 years. Dennis explained why the issue happened and was able to get the correct parts next day and properly repair our garage. Dennis was very through, professional and responsive.
