"Initially hired Tim's firm to replace deck flooring, rails and stairs. His crew did a good job and we were satisfied. Tim & Amy inspected the work and found some issues that he wasn't satisfied with. He fixed the issues to his satisfaction, which exceeded our expectations, and did so voluntarily at no extra cost. Se were so pleased with Tim's professionalism that we had him do more projects. One crew came to repair drywall and prep several areas for painting. Another crew did the painting of 2 bedrooms, laundry room, basement ceiling, front door and garage. We were having flooring installed by another company at the same time. They found water and termite damage near our front door, and couldn't complete the flooring until it was repaired. I called Tim in a panic and explained the problem. He and Amy came the same day and worked until 9:30 pm to repair the problem so the installers could complete their work on schedule. Tim & Amy also did repairs to a crawl space. Tim & his crews are professional, thorough and efficient. Tim follows up and inspects every project to assure that we are completely satisfied. We have more projects scheduled based on the excellent work done so far. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would."

The extensive work was performed over 3 days and the finish was superb. The stone/mortar work was particularly excellent. At one point the outcome from a portion of our sidewalk renovation wasn’t of a style to match what was there before. He tore it out and made it right. "We had a water leak in our basement which was under a custom-built in-home projection screen. We had numerous estimates ranging from $7700 - $18000 with all approaches removing the entire custom built screen and rebuilding it. The rebuilding costs were not included in the vendor estimates. We found H. Glasgow Construction Co. which came up with the approach of attacking the leak from the cabinets underneath and working upward. Glasgow not only fixed the leak, their work was professional and only totaled $1286. I rarely write reviews so when it does happen the reviewee must be pretty special. I highly recommend their work. p.s. I offered a $50 tip to each of the two guys at the completion of the work - neither guy would take it."

"The job was well done.  The new floor was raised to match the level of the rest of the room.  They heavily reinforced the floor.  Duct work was re-routed from the middle of the room to the walls and everything was insulated.  We will eventually replace the carpet in this room, but for now we had them reuse the present carpet.  They called in a specialist to take up the current carpet and then to place it on the floor again.  I don't know who did this job, but it was amazing.  He sewed the carpet back together and the seam doesn't even show.  I'm very satisfied with BTS Contracting and will continue to use them in the future."
