In the end, I never had to exercise my opinion as Brian has a real eye toward a quality build. The finished product is more beautiful than I could’ve ever imagined and I know that we will have a quality deck to enjoy for decades. As others have mentioned, Steven and Brian will need to store their tools in your garage and will come and go as they please, but make no mistake, they will deliver at every turn and will be of no bother to you throughout the process. At the end of the day, I was able to get a more quality deck with all of the options that I wanted for less than 2/3 what other builders wanted for a more rudimentary design. I will be doing other projects with Steven and Brian in the future and encourage others to work with this quality operation."
