They were on time, professional and did a killer job on front and side door and screen door install, couldn't be happier, and how much better our house looks with the addition of new doors! Sliding glass door is up next!!! guys back to do sliding door couple weeks later and once again couldn't be happier, with timely arrival, professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for their customers!! "Excellent experience. I had Ashiatsu bars installed. These bars have to be installed with the utmost precision according to the users body specs as well as table to floor specs, so I was a little nervous, no actually I was REALLY nervous about them getting it right, but these guys followed the blueprints exactly as described and only took about 4 hrs to complete and they're perfect! Also, the price quoted over the phone was exactly the price I paid. No surprises. I will definitely have them back for other projects in the future. ð"

"Had Stanek windows and patio door installed approx. 15 years ago. Patio door was getting a little difficult to slide open and close. Called Stanek, they sent technician, Cory, out and within 30 minutes he had door operating good as new. Our Stanek windows are great and good as new."

"Windows were good and in stalled was fine ,then business was sold and new owner was not responsive to a problem that arose with one window. A part broke and the new owner came out and said he would order the part. He set up an appointment for two weeks ahead at 12:00. He never showed. I called the guy 3 different times and he did not return calls. I called the past owner who got the pats for me but, I had to hire a third party to do the repair . The third party is on vacation and will do the work when he returns. The windows cost $2700.00. I expected better service then this. This is an update to my august review. After the previous review I received call from the owners assistant , she wanted to help correct the previous problem I had concerning a repair. The owner wanted to come out and correct the problem He came out ,got the parts that he needed and repaired the window . Any problem we had in the past has been corrected."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"John is very conscientious about doing the job right. Ours seemed like a rather simple job of freeing up a patio door which did not want to slide. The door was over 40 years old, and refused to be taken off so as to fix the rollers. The raising of the foundation over the years caused the lower door track to be distorted. Yet John managed to free the door and to make it move with relative ease. Although not like new, it is acceptable."
