"This has been a horrible experience. Do not use this company. I am now 10 months into a large Window replacement project, and still do not have all of my windows, and I am waiting on replacement windows. One window was damaged on delivery and reordered 5 months ago, 13 windows had incorrect window grids and were reordered 5 months ago, and two windows are being remanufactured for the second time because they weren't made correctly for my opening - twice. This is out of an original window order for 39 windows. While the installed windows are a good product, and the initial sales experience was a good one, this company has been a colossal failure operationally. They promise you windows in 8-10 weeks but they don't arrive until 20 weeks later. And heaven forbid there be anything wrong with them, because I am now an additional 20 weeks after the initial install ( 40 weeks or 10 months total now) and still no corrected or missing windows! This has been the worst remodeling experience."

"Our recent experience with America’s Best Choice replacement windows installation started off on a rocky note, but ultimately ended on a positive one, showcasing the importance of effective communication and quality assurance in home improvement projects. Initially, the installation crew arrived promptly, but their workmanship left much to be desired. Working well past dark, sloppy caulking, damage to trim molding, damaged screens, and haphazard cleanup efforts left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. However, upon bringing these issues to the office manager’s attention, we were assured that ABC would address each of our concerns. Two days after installation, a supervisor came out to assess the workmanship and address our concerns. He listened attentively to our feedback, noted our concerns, and assured us that ABC would make things right. True to his word, he and the project lead returned four weeks later to correct the deficiencies. What began as a frustrating experience ultimately ended on a positive note, thanks to the communication, responsiveness and dedication of every employee we spoke with at ABC. While the initial hiccups were disappointing, their swift action to remedy the situation restored our confidence in their services. The transformation was remarkable, and we were impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction. Had ABC taken their time installing our 24 windows, and completed the job in two days rather than attempting to complete the installation well past daylight in one day, they would have earned a five-star rating. Unfortunately, they rushed and got sloppy. For that reason we can only award them four stars. That being said, while our replacement windows installation got off to a rough start, the dedication and professionalism of ABC ultimately turned things around. Effective communication, quality workmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference, leaving us with windows that not only look great but are energy efficient and should last for years."

"One of my large second story double-pane windows ended up cracking several years after installation. Alex and Sandro did a fantastic job replacing it. The warranty service on the windows is amazing. I had another window last year that had a piece break off on the outside surrounding. They replaced the entire window free of charge. Money well spent with this company."

"It was a very smooth process. They came out and measured all the windows and the doors. Several weeks later, they called to schedule installation. They arrived on the agreed-upon day and went right to work. It was a substantial job, and it bled over into a second day, but they had finished all the inside work on the first day and were simply finishing the insulating, caulking, and finishing work on the exterior on the second day. We have absolutely noticed the difference -- there has been a significant reduction in exterior noise and our air conditioning is working much more efficiently."

The entire process of getting a quote, ordering, scheduling and installing went smoothly and we are thoroughly delighted with the end result! We wanted insulated doors with thermo-paned windows. There was a big difference in price between the brand of doors with single-pane and brand with double-pane windows. Michele took it upon herself to contact the manufacturer's sales rep for the "overpriced" doors and they agreed to match the competitor's price! We got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price because of Michele's desire to please a customer. Daryl expertly installed the doors and openers. We've already recommended CSS to several friends."
