"Saiyan Electric exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Julio and Rodrigo completed my panel upgrade and did outstanding work. The installation was flawless and passed city inspection immediately. Walter handled the stucco repair, and it also passed inspection right away. Everything was done professionally and looks great. A big thank you to William for his excellent customer service. He was always quick to respond to calls and texts, kept me updated throughout the project, and made the entire process easy. The crew was professional, respectful, and left the work area spotless when they finished. Honestly, I did not expect this level of customer service and attention to detail. Quality work, great communication, and a smooth experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Saiyan Electric."

"Perfect! they repaired an electrical outlet that was very shoddily put in by my recent AC vendor. The new outlet is a night and day difference compared to the old one."

"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. The ADI scheduler informed me that all next week was taken."

Arrived exactly on time.  Immediately surveyed requested repairs and started work within 5 minutes.  No delays running back to his truck, unpacking tools etc.  So very professional!

Diagnosed problems with old wiring and offered options to proceed. Re-labeled incorrectly labeled breaker box and then quickly replaced 11 receptacles and three ground fault receptacles.  Even stopped to remove the end of a broken, rusted bulb in the dining room fixture.  Results exceeded my expectations because he was so fast and so efficient.

I feel so much safer in my home.

Michael is by far the best home-repair professional I have ever worked with and I have built a house and remodeled a house, so I have lots of experience with all of the trades.  I will hire him for everything electrical for as long as he is in business.

"Adrian was very patient and professional. He offered us multiple options and worked with us to find the best solution for our situation. He took the time to explain everything and made sure our power was restored safely. Thank you, Adrian and Harmony!"

"The installation was very efficient time wise, the electricians were very professional and friendly and they took great care protecting our furniture, floors and ceiling."

"John was available to start the work on a Friday afternoon. He installed the new outlet competently and completely. However, John made three trips to Home Depot to pick up supplies. The store is only 2 miles from my house and the first trip took over an hour. He needed to come back the following morning to complete the work because he needed two longer screws. Finally, he had quoted $200-250; but charged me $300 because the "supplies cost nearly $100.""

"They only had the car for 3 days and completed a lot of work in a short amount of time. Very friendly and professional. I am pleased with their pricing. We've gone with much higher priced AAA rated mechanics and the work was often sub-par. We love taking our car to Precision Auto Works and will continue to use their services.  S Stone

Greg sat down for over an hour with my wife and I explaining everything: the pros and cons, etc. After we signed the paperwork, Derek came out and sat on my roof using a GPS to know exactly where each panel was going to be on top of my roof. After it was all aproved, the installation crew came out with the panels, laying down the brackets. They explained everything in detail, listened to my questions, and worked with me as far as scheduling so that I could be there while they were working on my house.

They were very professional with what they were doing. If I had a question at any time while they were working, they would stop and explain exactly what they were working on. Even though I didn't meet the people who built the panels that we had installed, the quality was perfect.

After all was completed, the electricians came out. They upgraded my electrical panel. They only had my power off for less than 25 minutes. He installed my wires perfectly.

They did a fantastic job. All these people were very helpful. They knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone.

"Our wonderful remodeling job was done by Best builders group & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to Best builders group. The project manager was easygoing, skilled, honest and perfectionist!! For sure there was no pressure of any kind which caused us to feel very comfortable with him. We decided to remodel our kitchen & the backyard. The work included the installation of artificial turf, plants/flowers while the kitchen was completely updated. They installed new cabinets (upper and lower), countertops, backsplash tiles, lights, paint and more... the new kitchen absolutely looks gorgeous and the house is like a new one. All of our friends and family always amazed when they come to visit. They took extra care of everything and the crew and staff was very nice and polite all the time. We definitely recommend Best builders group to everyone!"
