Constant calls... always an excuse and promise... and here we are today, weeks and weeks later with tenants who have basically been evicted as their belongings and the entire property has been torn apart with no promise it will even be done by the end of this month. Would NEVER recommend this group to anyone who values their time, the relationships they have with their tenants and their hard earned dollars!"

The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
