"Mike Partlow surpassed all expectations. The cost of his services was considerably less than that of another contractor, who also gave us an estimate, and his plan was much less invasive. Mike, though he traveled a distance to get to our home, was punctual. He was neat, efficient, and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. We hired Mike to treat mold in our house. Not only did he do that but he came back another day to give a second treatment. He suggested, with good reason, that the bathroom fans should not be vented into the attic and that the ventilation in the attic needed to be improved. We agreed to have him vent the two bathroom fans to the outside, and to install a fan to better vent the attic. Mike did all the work with great speed, with minimum inconvenience to us, explaining everything all along."

"They were the first company to respond to us.  Even though the response wasn't local they were fast.  There were two companies that were recommended by our insurance company and they were one of them.  That's how we got to them.  I think they have a good arrangement and play well with our insurance company.  When everybody was having flood trouble after Irene they were on the spot and fast.  We had a major flood and there was heavy demand.  They have two divisions (flood & fire).  They ran out of their flood people so they sent over their fire people.  They were on the phone a lot because flood wasn't their expertise.  They sent what might be called the second string out.  They did good work but they didn't have all the expertise because of heavy demand.  The initial crew didn't have all the necessary expertise.  They made some errors but they made up for them in the end."
