Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. "Lenny and his co-worker were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! I was of course freaking out about the possibility of mold, but he allayed my fears and answered all my questions. He explained the type of mold and then told me that it was a small enough area that I could do it myself. He provided me with detailed instructions about how to proceed safely. He also offered helpful advice about dehumidifying my basement and other little things he noticed, like lint behind the dryer that could be a fire risk. Most unbelievably of all, he didn't charge me for the visit! How often does a contractor come to your house, put your mind at ease, teach you things, charge you nothing, and save you almost $1000?! I can't say enough good things! I would recommend this service to anyone.

"I had hired the company to clean two light colored carpets and one set of steps.  As it turned out, one of the carpets was actually a wool rug, and Shawn explained that the hot wet-cleaning process he uses could potentially damage the wool rug.  He does wool rugs at his plant from April to October using a different process.
It was hugely helpful to me that Shawn explained the construction of my "berber" carpet and that once the fibers are tamped down, they remain tamped down. Despite the constructure of the carpet, Shawn did a great job in the cleaning.
After cleaning the carpet, instead of the third area, Shawn cleaned a large navy blue sofa.  Cleaning such a sofa costs $99 alone, but he did not charge anything extra.  He did a great job on the sofa even cleaning the four throw pillows sitting on the sofa.
I have lived in multiple homes over the years and have had my carpets and furniture cleaned frequently.  No one has been so thorough in explaining the process before or taking the time to clean so completely.  I really appreciated the time Shawn spent to clarify the material of the rug and realistic expectations of cleaning.
