"Evan responded to our inquiry very rapidly and started out with a base mold test to get a normal reading outside and inside and than at the specific spots we had seen mold at or that were wet from prior leaks. The basement tested high for molds that some mold that may aggravate the human body senses and respiratory system. We discussed a plan of action including getting our insurance company involved. Evan even presented himself personally at the time of our insurance adjusters appearance to assess the area in concern. Dri Right is very knowledgeable and straightforward on what has to be done and how to remediate the area in question. Evan did not waste anytime in getting started and working with us within the timeline of finding which items we could keep. One word of caution, in your insurance policy, make sure you have content damage recovery in the mold coverage clause. If you do not they will cover cost of remediation but not the contents and therefore you will have to work on your taxes to see if you can claim a substantial loss of contents. Dri Right Restoration was very concerned and forthright in their dealing and easy to communicate with and take your personal feeling into consideration as well as hard calls one has to make with mold remediation. The people he had working for him as well were considerate and cordial making those hard decisions easier. We highly recommend Dri Right Restoration. "I thought their price was high, but comparatively about middle way. Not the cheapest, not the highest. Everything went well, my attic is not the easiest space to get to, yet that did not bother the guys. They had to remove everything from a closet to get access to the opening and they did a great job getting everything put back together. I have not been up in the attic to see what was done, but I have an inspector who works for LG & E coming to look this week. But most of all they were HONEST. While cutting around something in the attic, they cut into an electrical wire which controlled the wall outlets in the family room. I did not notice any electrical outage until they told me what happened. I called an electrician friend, he came and taped off the wire until I could get someone out to make the repairs. The repairs were made and Energy Savers reimbursed me that expense. I realize that accidents do happen, but Chris with Energy Savers was upfront with me and I appreciate his honesty. By being upfront with me I was able to get the repairs done quickly and not be concerned. By the way, the electrical said they - Energy Savers- did a nice job in the attic and I gave him their number."

"<p>It went well from start to finish. Even though this was not an emergency, our initial call was responded to quickly by the owner, Shane Heilman. We had never heard of him or his company, but he was recommended by the energy audit contractor. From that point on, Shane kept us well informed, dealt with our insurance company directly (which saved us a lot of hassle) and followed up whenever we had questions. His crews were always prompt, courteous and neat while dealing with a rather messy job. His crew chief for the drying out process and the very difficult cleaning and sealing of the areas effected by the mold was Calvin Hughes. He could not have been nicer, more polite or more informative about what he was doing every step of the way. He is a real asset to the company. The other benefit of this company was the subcontractors that Shane employed - a roofer who addressed the roof vent issue in rather nasty weather and the insulation company that had to remove and then reinstall new insulation.</p> <p>The only mishap was a misstep by one of Shane's employees who slipped off a rafter while working in the attic and his foot caused a slight crack in our ceiling drywall. It was obviously an accident, so Shane then agreed to have the drywall repaired at his expense. He contacted a delightful, very competent, drywall man named John McEwan who took care of the repair in one day.</p> <p>The other thing that we found extremely helpful was the fact that when we went away on vacation about 2/3 of the way through the .process, the work continued. Shane's company worked through our neighbors to gain access to the house to continue the work and his supervisor stayed on site while the other subcontractors were in the house to make sure everything was done correctly and the house was properly secured both during and after the work was done.</p> <p>Overall, I would recommend this company very highly.</p> <br />"
