It would be a fraction of the cost then what it would take to replace. He wasn’t out to fill his wallet up by me. He told this is what I need and that’s the best way to do it. They will be the only ones I will use in the future. It was a very positive experience and this guy was absolutely the best."

"I would highly recommend Adrian Construction for your next project. The crew did an amazing job of renovating my kitchen! They are very hard-working and professional. Every last detail was done to perfection and I am very picky! The entire project was done on time and any small problems that came up were addressed quickly by Donovan or the crew. They were professional and provided Value for the their work including drying the damp areas from below the floor and above removing the possibility of a mold issue."

Cost is $40/month to cover a number of appliances (stove, oven, wash/dry, microwave, etc.). In this case, it was $80 to fix the microwave."

"Did not know better but took first quote. They were going to charge $400 for everything so I accepted. When tech showed up he said that the $400 quote was for either service not both. As I needed to have work done and they said there would be an additional charge if I rescheduled anyway, we agreed to pay and had the work done. Carpets looked good not great when they finished. On next cleaning used taylor restoration (no longer providing these services) and they got stains out coit said they couldn't. They also steam cleaned my entire house carpeted areas and upholstered furniture for $150. This was several years ago so perhaps they have improved as well as their pricing but for what I paid I was definitely not satisfied with the results and will not use them again."
