"Advance Restoration was fantastic and did more than just mold remediation. My kitchen and basement flooded. They did all the immediate response, arriving at my house less than 90 minutes after I called. They tore down and removed everything that was damaged, recording what was destroyed for insurance purposes. They did the demo work for my kitchen remodel. And, they did the mold testing and remediation in my basement. Throughout, they were communicative and professional and friendly. They helped me negotiate with my insurance company and this help led to a much higher reimbursement from my insurance than I would have ever gotten myself. I was so pleased and recommend them 100%!"

"Renaissance Restorations did a great job. They were on time, performed the work as agreed and even added some details and features beyond what we agreed. When performing the installation, they felt a more detailed and complicated build would look better so they made the changes at no charge. I would hire them again without reservation."

"They service was amazing. I am told by other service providers it will cost $10000 to repair and I found metro and they said they can hydro jet it and were able to fix it. I could not be happier."

"Excellent. Immediate service and repair at reasonable price."

"When the site visit was conducted, it was determined that it wasn't mold after all (which saved a lot of money having to restore it) but mildew that could be taken care of with new flooring. Honesty is huge and shows the character of this company!"

"He came out promptly, did the job in two hours, and I haven't had any water in through the basement window since."

"They are top shelf. They are excellent in their work. THey clean up after they are done. I recommend them to any one."

"I can't tell you enough how thankful we are that we hired Select Restoration. What you did for me and my mother after the fire at her home means a lot to us. Bryan (The Owner) and Missy the office manager when above and beyond the call of duty. They went out of their way to explained the whole restoration process many times to me and my mom and even came to the hotel where her insurance company put us up until repairs were done to explain it again, and even helped pick out all the materials at their showroom with the designer. P.S. The house turned out beautiful. Thank You! Jean & Lisa Marroco"
