"Project was huge... it involved gas, electric, water, tiling, pavers - and plants! We interviewed several companies, but after talking with Derek and seeing the design he and his wife were able to create and render in video there was really no question who we would hire. Derek stayed with the project throughout, shopping for tile with us, managing the inevitable change orders and helping convey our thoughts/ideas to the construction crew. The construction crew was multi-disciplined and managed by Darrell... who was fantastic and available to answer questions throughout construction and even after the job was completed. Communication with the office staff was consistent and clear - we always knew when a crew was coming to work. No job of this scope is without snags; the initial set up took longer than we would have liked. The first round of plants did not survive. We even changed a few plan aspects as the crew was working (we were likely considered pains in the neck more than once by more than one crew member - but the message from the workers was always the same... "This is a custom project for you; we want you to be happy." ). We knew there would be snags and would recommend this company highly because they knew how to handle them - and wanted to. The point is not to get it perfect all at once. The point is to get it right. And they did. We would recommend them highly."

Based on our conversation he had brought a small hand full of samples. Sure enough one that he brought was much nicer then the one I had originally selected. He gave me a great price on the tile and carpeting. (Very competitive). He was flexible with a start date and the installers were on time, professional and serious about their craft. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy! No regrets at all! I would highly recommend Rolando and his team! First class all the way! "We had purchased a deal for 3 hours of drywall repair and were actually slow to contact the provider because we had some other projects in the work, like moving some lights that would require their services.  Despite the delay on our end, Pearl Painting was almost instantaneous in responding to our request to schedule.  They were accommodating about scheduling a time that worked for us.  We did end up rescheduling once Jonathan came out but that was because of the extent of the work we wanted done once he arrived.  Our house has had some very bad patching and texturing by previous owners on top of our own remodling.  Jonathan was able to identify some areas he said he could easily fix that we didnt think were possible, and others he was honest enough to say that cannot be done with just a squirt of can texture.  So we scheduled a new time he could use the hopper to properly texture the walls with the quality we wanted.  When Jonathan came back, the job went flawlessly and they did a good cleanup job. We chose to do the sanding and re-painting ourselves to maximize his time on the actual repair and texture we do not have tools and expertise for, but Jonathan was very nice to explain the best process for us to complete the final prep of the new texture so it would match the rest of our walls.  Jonathan had told us up front, what we wanted done would take an additional hour of labor and that is exactly how it turned out, so there were no surprises on the bill.
We were so happy with the service my wife contracted him to paint a spare bedroom we have not gotten around to yet before they left.
