Although the owner responded when concerns were raised, it often felt reactive rather than proactive. I was left having to follow up repeatedly to address problems that should have been managed internally. The most unacceptable part was what happened after the job was completed. Not even one full business day had passed before I was hit with a barrage of calls, texts, and emails demanding payment ? including threats of late fees.
