"We had a great experience with 5 Star Bath Solutions to replace a Jet Tub with a walk in shower. Mark Stubson was our consultant. He listened to our needs and gave us a very reasonable price. There was no pressure to agree the same day. After getting 2 other quotes, we felt comfortable booking the project with 5 Star Bath Solutions. Joe Dairman, our project manager, came the next day to measure and schedule the installation. He was responsive to my texts. Our installers Christian and Reid were very organized, respectful and worked very well together as a team. On day one they finished the demolition and prepared for the installation on the 2nd day. They came on time and finished the job and cleaned after themselves. Overall, we are very pleased with the work they did. I would recommend 5 Star Bath Solutions to anyone; you won’t be disappointed."

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Tub to walk-in shower conversion. Larry was amazing to work with on my very goofy timeline, and William and his helper did a great job on the demo & installation. They took care of our existing property (protected the carpets, etc.) and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. Highly recommend and I would hire this company again."

"Can't give enough accolades to Paul James and crew for remodeling my bathroom! Removed everything from my 30 yo bath & replaced w zero entry shower to accommodate walker or wheelchair, Built bench inside shower to sit on & replaced vanity, sink, mirror & lights. Installed taller commode. Installed grab bars for easy use. Each workman was meticulous & professional. Cost was well below quotes from other contractors. The completed project exceeded our expectations"

"Customer service was great. Isaac kept in touch with me throughout the process. Kalvin did a beautiful job installing our new walk-in shower, and when finished, left the bathroom spotless!"

"Job was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be working with him again on future projects! He was patient with me and answered my questions in a timely manner. He was a pleasure to work with and over all a hard worker!"
