"Jacquiline and August were great. They moved and scrubbed under stove, fridge, washer, and dryer, finding toys and other small items from the previous owners, as well as some of my long-lost socks! Floors were mopped with multiple buckets of clean water, surfaces and pictures cleaned and or dusted, carpets vacuumed. Interior of fridge taken apart and scrubbed. I can’t list here everything that was cleaned, but I will continue with monthly services so I don’t completely undo all their hard work."

"After living in our home for the past year we quickly realized that we needed more living space and decided to finish our basement. I thought about doing much of the work myself, but with 4 kids and a full time job I have no extra time. After checking around and receiving multiple recommendations we decided to go with Matt Gowler (owner) and Craftsman Basement Finish.  On price, I would give it an A- because Craftsman was slightly more expensive than other quotes, but in terms of value I would give them an A. 
Matt was great to work with through the entire process as was evident in how he took pride in the work that was being done. 
Here are a few details that we really appreciated: 
-For the most part all of the contractors would access the basement through the window-wells and there was a lock on the basement door limiting access to the upstairs. This meant that we didn't have to be home to let contractors in, and with my wife and kids running around all the time, this was huge. 
-Completion was guaranteed to be completed within 45-calendar days (Matt estimated it would take 35 days, they were done in 30 days!!!). 
-We had our own dedicated website that would be updated weekly with a detailed schedule of the work being done (i.e. framing, drywall, inspections, etc.) as well as detailing any change orders, budget, etc. 
-Payments were done in thirds, 1/3 at start, 1/3 at drywall, 1/3 at completion. 
-Two-year warranty on all work done. 
Ultimately we couldn't have been happier with the results, we have a beautiful finished basement that is exactly what we wanted. The process was very smooth and the results are spectacular! I highly recommend Matt Gowler and Craftsman Basement Finish.

"Bruce replaced the rusted plumbing parts on a PVB connection on the outside water line. They were only able to reuse the backflow devise. A new line with fittings was completed. An outside Stucco repairman was brought in to repatch the stucco, insulation foam and did textured painting for $175 which was included. Work was completed on the first visit."
