"Very good interactions from bid to completion. The work was very professional and the result was outstanding. I did my research and DiSabatino (Esposito Masonry) clearly knew what they were doing. Their original price was one of the highest but I negotiated down to one that was competitive with the more competent bidders; I did get some lowball bids from competitors which were clearly not as skilled and knowledgeable as DiSabatino. The disruption was minimal and the work was done quickly. A couple of unforeseen issues were dealt with very well. We're getting a lot of compliments from neighbors. I couldn't be more pleased"

"Keystone Custom Decks has been wonderful to work with during all phases of our deck project. Ron came up with some ideas based on our list of wants for a new outdoor space. We worked on those ideas and visited the showroom several times to compare materials etc. The final design was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. All Keystone’s employees and subcontractors did a great job building the deck. The landscapers prepared the site and landscaped after the deck was complete. The concrete crew and stonemasons were excellent. The building crew, led by Reuben, was superb. Many of our friends are in construction and they all commented on the quality of work and materials. "Worked primarily with Chip, John and Brian. We really wanted to get rid of our drop ceiling and the dining room and take out the wall between it and the kitchen to give us an open floor plan. We live in a house build in the 1920's so I was worried what we would find when we started opening things up. The Home Improvement Coach spent a lot of time with me prior to the project starting and because of their experience working in older homes, made me feel comfortable that if anything did come up, they could handle it. They did a fantastic job and completed the project on time and on budget. My biggest things when evaluating contractors are quality of work and communication. The Home Improvement Coach excels at both. I was happily surprised during the project at their willingness to clean up thoroughly at the end of every day. Even though they were working at the house for a couple weeks, they understood that we still had to live there and did everything they could to allow us to be comfortable in the evenings. Every time we had questions or concerns, Chip and team were quick and happy to respond. We made some changes during the project and to no surprise, they were happy to accommodate. I would highly recommend Chip and look forward to having them back to renovate our kitchen."

"Jesse and his team were professional, on time and did great work. I had a major wall repair needed due to a previous moisture issue. The wall is now seamless and you’d never know half of it was replaced. They also completed several other projects in the house including fixing the kitchen ceiling and repainting exterior doors and trims. Can’t say enough about the strong communication and promptness from the team. Would use them again if needed."
