They were on time, professional and when the job called for more than what was on our agreement, they just did it without asking for more money or time. They did what was right to stabilize my hill. They scraped up my existing paver patio a little and instead of just turning the bricks over they put in all new.... I also got a whole new paver patio - WOW! "My husband and I were looking for a qualified carpenter who could take on all aspects of a major bathroom renovation except for laying the tile because we already had a tile guy to do that.  The positive reviews on Angie's List led us to Galen.  The fact that he could also do electrical and plumbing was a bonus.  His endless knowledge and abilities exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased with his work.  He always arrived on time, put in a full day's work, and cleaned up before leaving. Our master bathroom is beautiful and looks and functions like something you would find at a resort spa.  We have him on "speed dial" and will definitely call him again for any major or minor repairs our house may need.  We look forward to working with him again in the near future.

"We discussed various options for landscaping parts of my property to cover part of a lot that I felt was too "sprawling."  Trees were a large part of the discussion--types/size of, as well as location/spacing.  A recommendation was also made to break up the space by planting various flowers in a particular location.  Of course, prices were also discussed and, while I knew landscaping work was expensive, I was still surprised at exactly HOW expensive it is.  Mr. Michaels told me that, even though trees and shrubs are expensive, the labor is what really brings up the price.  Therefore, based on this information, I decided that I could not afford his services.  He was very nice and spent about an hour with me, but I simply can't afford this type of service.
