I'd like to especially thank Garret, Brandon, and Kat for pulling the whole thing together and making the installation as seamless as possible. Also, shout out to HTP for replacing a defective unit. "We have had several Sila visits in recent months - all exceptional. VISIT 1: We had old pipes and valves that limited our dishwasher, so we had that replaced. While there, the Sila agent suggested we replace some of the attached lines and managed to streamline our hookups by removing some of the unneeded valves and connections no longer needed. VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."

"Jared from Milltown was thorough and professional. He inspected the old toilet and made an estimate for a new toilet and installation. I accepted the estimate. He was able to obtain the toilet I selected from local plumbing supply and returned with it and proceeded to install and take away the old toilet. All this took about two hours max. Cleaned up the area afterwards and have had no issues with the installation or the new water efficient toilet. Very happy with the work."
