"I needed to replace the original heating/cooling unit in my condo built in 1998. I wanted to replace the unit with the same size. I got 3 estimates and Quality Air was the best price price and was a 15.seer unit. Plus they cleaned my dryer vent and will again in 6 months when they come out to check the unit. It took them 2 days due to the difficulty of getting the old air handler out. The walls around the air handler were practically built around it. They were able to get the air handler out without any changes or damage to my walls. They were very courteous and respectful of my carpet and property. "Ronnie was very prompt coming to my home to access the problem. He discovered a coil leak and discussed with me my options: to have the coil replaced or have the whole inside unit replaced.   Ronnie discussed with me my options on a new unit and explained the advantages/disadvantages of each.   After I decided to have a new unit installed, Ronnie was here the very next day to install the unit.  He took the time to explain exactly how the unit operates.  Ronnie and his team were very professional, courteous and prompt. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
