"I submitted a request for quote and was called right away. Chris was incredibly helpful and discussed cracks in basement over the phone. He did a quote by viewing pictures and schedule for work very quickly. Adam arrived and was extremely polite, accommodating, relatable, and did a fantastic job. He informed us of the process, warned when it would get loud, kept work area clean. A couple days later I received a follow up call from Chris. I’d 100% recommend Michigan Basements. Best contractor we’ve ever worked with."

"We initially reached out to JRB Renovations based on other online reviews and Josh's swiftness in replying. We ultimately hire JRB based on our initial design meeting, Josh's professionalism and apparent knowledge about what we were attempting to have done, and his competitive quote/pricing. Josh and team were easy to work with, always on time and communicative about any concerns, changes, or other remodeling thoughts as they came up. Our experience was unique due to the COVID-19 quarantine and shelter-in-place, but Josh continued to keep us informed about timing expectations and ensured we were comfortable with his team as they re-entered our home. Josh was on site most days and did the majority of the work himself with his assistant (other than contracted work like tile and stone counter top). The end results are great. The only thing we would do differently or next time is hire a residential design architect. This is not against JRB as Josh was very open to our design ideas and changes during the project, but having a clear blueprint and plan upfront would have helped."

"I could go on and on on the type of quality we got, how easy Cameron and his crew are to work with, and how much more we got for our money. We solicited three other companies to bid our project and they couldn't touch Cameron on what he gave us for our money. He made our garage match our house from the custom paint job and the peak over the entry door to using the same siding. Our garage doesn't look like an after thought. I could write a book on our positive experience with JCJ Contracting. This I will say, Cameron is honest, has integrity, is a perfectionist, and he responds to any issues or concerns immediately. A big plus.... Cameron is more concerned with your satisfaction than your money (believe it or not) and actually stopped me from some things I wanted done that he felt was not cost effective or the right thing for us. I have found if Cameron isn't very flexible on something, that it is something I should not be doing! He is good at hand holding and giving honest feedback on ideas. My husband and I are so pleased with the service he provided, that we are having him do a kitchen and house remodel this year without getting bids from any other contractors. Cameron is competitively priced, does such a good job and is so easy to work with that my good family friend used him and now their kids are using him too. (Thanks, Cameron for a job well done.)"

"Mike is incredible, both as a person and as a contractor. It seems that most people that go through a big remodeling project have complaints about their contractor and subs. Despite facing many unexpected issues during the remodel (unexpected by us, having never done a remodel, but not as unexpected to Mike), working with Mike was a great experience. He is very conscientious, patient, and reliable. He has a ton of experience and is highly skilled. We give him our highest possible recommendation. In addition to the remodeling work, he also did masonry work. Again, great work. I have not listed a cost of services since I am not sure of a total, and it was a long project that evolved and expanded as we went. Mike was always great about giving cost estimates and his charges were probably less than they should be for the quality of work he provides."
