"First appointment (with Paul) went well, though I was initially put off by their aggressive sales tactics. Paul redeemed himself via attitude and experience; I rated him very well with Cellino's review system. Then, 3 days later I called for additional service as my tenants reported being out of hot water. Received a call from prompt service technician advising me that I should replace BOTH of my HWTs at $1400 plus EACH. His sales training was horrible as he offered no alternatives (as Paul did) and actually sounded almost "bullying" in his approach. He had terrible answers to questions/comments.
