"They were the best! Quick and efficient. They were able to locate three leaks in the pool and repaired them on the spot. It has been several weeks now and I only have the normal evaporation. Prior to the fix, I was losing about 5 inches in three days. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Pete is wonderful. It's been months and never had a problem or issue. He's very thorough and takes care of my pool like it was his. I highly recommend him!

"My pool was in need of maintenance and service so I contacted Jeff.  He accessed my pool and determined what needed to be repaired and/or replaced to get it in good working condition.  When he services it weekly, he does a thorough job and the inside of the pool looks much better and the water is now crystal clear.  Jeff is knowledgeable, professional and takes pride in his work.  In the short time he has been taking care of my pool, it looks great.  I am so pleased that I found Jeff and would highly recommend him for your pool needs.  Thanks, Deborah G.

"LCD readout on the heater did not work and hence I never knew what temp the heater was trying to reach.  Paul offered me the option of a used part at half price or a brand new one at regular price.  I now can set the temp of the water without guessing, and don't have to turn the heater off when the water becomes too warm.  Visiting family is happy.
I asked Paul about the pool pump as well.  He gave me advice on when to replace it, but did not try to find more work himself, or expense for me.

"Great! We had issues with our past pool cleaner. He has been wonderful, on time and friendly! Our pool looks great and we will continue to use his ongoing services."

"Drips 'n' Puddles, Inc. uses, what I like to call, satellite installers to conduct my pool liner replace. This didn't bother me, and it makes sense when dealing with remote jobs. The installer came out and measured the pool, and Drips 'n' Puddles, Inc. ordered the liner. The installer came back to install the liner and removed and prepared the pool to accept the new liner. When the liner was half way installed, I inquired about a few things that I wanted addressed. Missing mortar, in a crater format, and I also noticed that the padding wasn't pre-installed on the sides. These were two things that Drips 'n' Puddles, Inc stated they would address. When I inquired about these two things, the installer seemed a little vexed and said that he would address it later on during the install so he could get the water filling process started. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and when I cam back to check on the work I noticed my concerns were not addressed. I called the installer and expressed I was disappointed in the work, and that I would inform Drips 'n' Puddles, Inc. Before I could call Drips 'n' Puddles, Inc, the installer called me back and apologized, and said he will come back and address my concerns. He did come back later that week, and went back to the property a little while later to check on the work. The pool looks great, and the installer made me happy by coming back and addressing my concerns. I would use them again.

"This job was A+++ from start to finish. Eloy was very patient in allowing us to take lots of time in making decisions as to the products and surfaces we wanted to use. He said more than once he wanted us to be happy and if we were not sure he wanted us to wait until we felt comfortable with what we were choosing. He arranged for us to see a pool, that he had previously done, with the type of surface we thought we wanted to select. When the paver company he had been using did not have what we wanted he contacted another company that did have what we wanted and was able  to purchase the pavers and have them delivered from out of the county and no higher delivery cost than a local company. Also a representative from the paver company came by our home and brought samples.  He checked with us before starting the job to be sure we would be available on the days he started new additions on the pool and pool deck so that we could see things as they were put down. ( Very wise! This saves time, trouble and expense). He kept us informed every day. He gave us a time range that he would arrive and always called if he was going to be late. As we have moved to a more technical society we have seen pride in work and work ethic decline. This is Definitely Not The Case with this company. For the service provided and the courtesy extended we felt the price was most fair. This is a man who shows integrity and honesty. We actually found out about him because we saw him working at a neighbors home and inquired with our neighbor. We saw the great work he had done at their home and called him. That was our lucky day. If you need a pool resurface or pavers you will not be sorry you called this company. Our home looks incredible."

"Call this number that I saw on Facebook and to my surprise on the other end of the phone was Tristan, very polite and he came the same day to look at the washer. Within a few days he had the part ordered an completed the job. I live in NY so it was nice to have someone like him to show me thru a video that the work was done. Thanks Tristan. I hope that it all continues to work. Best of luck on your business. Judy"

"It was fantastic the two gentlemen that came to my house were very professional knowledgeable and I would definitely hire this company again."

"Fantastic now we spend more time out in the pool."
