"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. Veteran owned and operated with over half a decade’s experience. Our company began serving Crestview and Niceville in late 2022. We can paint, pressure wash, repair/install/replace fence, repair decks, assemble furniture, wall hangings, door handle installation/replacement, light fixture replacement, door replacement, closet door replacement, door/window repairs, all home maintenance tasks, full home cleaning, yard work, weed eating, professional window cleaning, window screen replacement, and much more.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Oxen and his team obviously take pride in their work. They are respectful, clean up after themselves and leave the property better than they found it. They repaired the entire width of the back of our home. It had extensive water rot to the sides, eaves, and even a hole in the roof. Oxen then repaired other areas of fascia, siding & trim around the rest of the house. They then painted the exterior. Everything looks wonderful!
