My 1st quote was well over $3000 bucks just for the water heater and install. The 2nd one didn't want to install the water heater brand I wanted but was right at $1500 bucks. (The last time, 16 years ago, I found out when I had the water heater installed. It wasn't up to code like they had told me they were going to do). I let Lanny know before he came to my home, that I have a dog that is 13 years old but loves people. She is an American Staffordshire Terrier that is very friendly when I am with her. Lanny's appr was a little apprehensive her. But Sophie Lynn won him over. Every time the appr would go in and out of the home to get supplies or take stuff back to the truck. He got to the point of giving Sophie a head rub. (She Loved It). So, if you want someone that is going to give you the best craftsmanship alone with a much better warranty. I highly recommend Pure Water Plumbing and Water Purification. Note---- If there is a problem with the water heater down the line, while still under warranty, other companies will replace it for free. But you have to pay for the re-install. I gave 5 Stars on my review only because giving 6 or 7 or even more was not available."
