His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood. ALSO HAD HIM GIVE US AN ESTIMATE FOR REPLACING TWO DOORS ON OUR GARDEN SHED.
PLUS HAD HIM LOOK AT A DRY ROT AREA UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK.  STEVE EXPLAINED HOW HE WOULD GO ABOUT REPLACING THE UNDER SINK AREA MAKING CERTAIN THE  SUPPORTING WALL WAS ADEQUATELY REPAIRED TO  CONTINUE THE SUPPORT OF THE TILED COUNTER TOP. 
CLEANED UP THE AREA WHERE HE WORKED AND REMOVED ALL DEBRIS.
