Services offered: Residential Renovations Interior and exterior. \n\nWho We Are:\n\nWe Are a small family business with a big famly heart! I have 4 children and an amazing wife that I live for! I started this business when my wife was pregnant with our first. She is now coming up on 5 years old. We recently relocated to Okaloosa county Florida. We are here to stay. I have been in the residential construction line of work for 12 years. I love what I do! Making someones home change for the better, and working with the client through out the process is my kind of challange. I love showing the final product and seeing the look on the clients face when we finish! At the end of each job I can say to myself ( we upgraded not just their home, but their lives.)\n\nHistory:\n\nI have been In this line of work for 12 years now. I have stuck with it because I like it. the first job I had in the trade, I knew that I better pay attention to all of my mentors. I knew from day one that I wanted to do this for myself one day! I started out doing side jobs while still employed. Eventually I saved enough to invest into the things I needed for start up. I pulled the trigger and never looked back!

"Joe is incredibly professional & great at communicating. He obviously loves what he does & cares about the quality of workmanship. He was hired after another painter was in our home for 2 weeks & never completed a room. Joe has completed our whole house inside (including fixing shoddy quality left by 1st painter) in 2 weeks! He saw the poor workmanship on some barn doors that were installed & told me that if I got him new doors, he would paint & install those too. He’s so good at what he does & takes such pride in his work. I also love that he doesn’t smoke & leave cigarette butts all over our property or leave our home smelling like smoke. I am so relieved to have a trustworthy & professional contractor in my home! I will absolutely hire him again for ANY work I need done in my home!"

"I asked several times for a paper with a written estimate describing exactly what he would do & the cost so there would be no misunderstanding.  However, I never received one.  He repaired the leaking pipes & replaced the dry wall very well, but he didn't finish with repainting & he didn't replace a vanity that water had caused damage in, although I asked him to do these things.  The attic insulation repair wasn't done to my satisfaction, considering he charged an extra $100 for this.  It could have been neater.  There are some loose areas, still. I really thought he would replace the vanity, & finish the replaced dry wall, but he didn't.  That is why I wanted the paper before he started.  Instead, there was a misunderstanding, as I had feared, but it's on me for not insisting again before he started working. <br />"

"He told me that he could do the simple repair or I could do it myself. He showed me what materials to get and I was able to fix it. He was a good guy. He is very honest. I would highly recommend him."

"Tool Time has done exceptional work at my home over the years, both prior to Hurricane Michael and after. The built my 24X32 detached garage, my 12X20 storage building and then replaced my Car Port after the storm. The sales staff and construction staff have always been first class, and their work is second to none. I would 100% recommend them to anybody in the Panama City/Bay County market areas. Charlie Haas"

"Excellent. Craftsmen Service company is operated by Bill and his three sons. One of these four people - typically a son - was always on the job site. Everyone was very easy to work with and communicated well. I discussed my remodel ideas with Bill and plans were created, reviewed, and adjusted as needed before work began. Once Craftsmen started the job, at least one worker was at my home working every day until the job was completed. The daily work progress was especially appreciated during the bathroom remodel! Any unforeseen construction problems were discussed and quickly resolved. There were a couple of very minor problems concerning supplies. Worked still progressed, but the completion date needed to extended slightly. Price is always a concern with any contractor or project. I felt I received good value for what I paid for both projects. The bathroom budget exceeded the estimate by just over 10% and the kitchen project was on target and completed at the budget estimate. I would highly recommend Bill, and his sons, at Craftsmen Service."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Baker, FL

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
