"they did a very good job, they came in right after my car bumped into the garage door which prevented the door to close due to a huge bump, they made some temporary adjustments just to close the door in a cold snowy day, after the parts they ordered were received they installed the damaged pieces. would recommend"

"When it comes to customer service, knowledge & expertise, and professionalism, Mr. Garry Bain of Performance Door of CNY has it! I had no sooner submitted my request through ServiceMagic and was receiving a phone call from Mr. Bain regarding my request. I was expecting a day or two delay in service being provided for my garage door, but instead Mr. Bain was out to the house within two hours that very day and had successfully repaired my garage door within the time constraints of my schedule. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
