"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"When our upstairs central a/c stopped working in mid July, in the middle of an awful heat wave, I panicked. A call to our usual HVAC company got me an appt for a week later, which wasn't going to fly. I went online to Angi, described my problem, put in my information, and literally 2 minutes later got a call from Home Service Doctors. They would be able to send out a team that same day to assess the problem! Chris and Freddy arrived at the appointed time, went up to the hot hot attic and told me what I already feared-our 22 year old furnace had died and the outside compressor was leaking. Chris was very knowledgeable, and he explained what needed to be done going forward. He told me he could replace everything with a much more efficient, and far better quality (Trane) system, and could do it the next day!!!! The price quoted was very fair, and they arrived the next day with all the new equipment. Those two men worked for hours, into the evening, in horrible heat (it was 100 degrees outside, probably 115+ in the attic) and were pleasant and professional the entire time. We now have a nice, cool upstairs again, and we will have them come back in the fall to replace our downstairs unit as well, proactively! I cannot say enough good things about Chris and Freddy-they did a terrific job, in adverse conditions, and we are very grateful to them for being so responsive to our needs. I cancelled the appt. with our old company, who still wouldn't have been here as I write this review, and am deleting their number. Home Service Doctors will be the only people I call in the future for my HVAC needs!"

I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He also gave us tips on how to better maintain the system for improved performance. Overall, excellent service. We highly recommend then and we will definitely use them again"

"At last, a company where Customer Service is an TRUE AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE and not just a department or empty promise. After about a year and during some very heavy rain,I had an overflow from one of my upper gutters and made call to Vista expecting to be either put off with excuses or whatever. I promptly received a call back from Brian, who I believe was the owner, who arranged to come out and inspect the problem, which he did. He identified that the gutters I had on that side of my home,and the steep slant of my roof were not sufficient to deal with flow of a very heavy downpour and suggested I install a 6" gutter and gutter guards. I was expecting to get a large estimate for the replacement of the 28 feet of 6" gutters and guards . I was amazed and grateful when Brian stated that as customer/vendor gesture he would replace everything FREE OF CHARGE. How many companies today would do that?. This job has now been completed . Will highly recommend them."

"Rd.I had to pay an extra $15.00 because I had an extra air duct or intake vent. He discussed how often the ducts should be cleaned and offered another service that would help disinfect and keep dust mights down. The extra service also extended the length of time before I would need to have the vents cleaned again. I chose the extra service and will not have to have it done again until 8-10 years from now. My nephew who is 45 was not happy I was having the ducts cleaned but he was pleased with their work in the end. I had this done in my last house twice so I am not new to this. I was pleased with their work. They started immediately and finished about an hour and fifteen minutes later. I have house that is almost 2,000 sq. feet. The $230.00 includes the $89.00 I paid when I ordered it through Angie's List.
