Essentially our job was to outline half the table and the two leafs (we were pleasantly surprised these could be added for a relatively modest amount - I think $12) In addition, they asked for the table company and any serial or model number. About two or three weeks later, right as promised, the package arrived. Our measurements were accurate as the pads fit perfectly. The quality is great.
