"We can't speak about rate of value since we never received an itemized estimate or invoice upon our request. Everthyhing completed was excellent and he was very personalbe, we joked around and talked about many funny storeies all in good humor. Never took anything personal, however we paid cash and the next time he was to arrive to finish somthings we hired to be done were not completed and he was a no call/no show for additional projects. We requested an itemized statement, receipts and our personal credit card we gave him to purchase items needed for repairs.. We are truly concerned about him and he has not responded to texts or phone calls. We wou;d still like to finish our project, but with an explanation as to why he left. We wish him the best of luck, but are still confused about this depature especially after we gave him his first good review and then paid cash, plus daily tips for he and crew. We also kept them with drinks and food and they had free run of our home. What a gem to lose, but we still need an explanation and the itemized estimate/invoice and credit card returned."

"Wood flooring and so much more. Carpets torn out, subfloors repaired, including work at doors and windows. Impeccable attention to detail. No threshholds, smooth perfect and tight seams from room to room and door to door. I love a crew that doesn't have to hide their transitions under a threshhold. Work ethic--- amazing, here on time, every time, every day. Added on recessed ceiling lighting in 2 rooms and ceiling lights in all rooms. Brutal attic work on over 100 degree day. Seamless experience in every way. They clean up the site at the end of every work day. They haul away whatever needs hauled away. They are friendly, talented, welcome input and do what needs to be done to exceed all expectations. (there were none!). I have more jobs scheduled: decking (including relocating propane tanks), house addition, complete renovation of two bathrooms., fencing. My go to crew for everything."

"Tim is professional and prompt guy. I got free estimate from many roofing company. They said $10000~ $12000 for replacement of my old roof. My house is 1780 square feet. I wanted to save money and to find reasonable cost with pro. Finally I found Tim & his team. They are honest and professional. They worked for 3 days early morning to 5pm and cleaned every thing after work. I am very satisfied with Tim & his team. Thank you Tim!"

"The walls that were painted were done well. There was no time to complete the trim around the windows and base molding, alas,  and the painters were not available to come back for over a week. Therefore, we were stuck with our house in shambles (breakables removed, paintings taken off walls, etc.) and the job not completely done. Initially I was not happy.
However, the price was insanely low for what WAS accomplished and it is hard to blame these nice people for having run out of time. So: fair enough. I (and they) should have foreseen that time would run out and we should have decided together that the small hall would not be done in exchange for completion of the the trim.
Unfortunately, there was some light splattering of white paint here and there (on the floors and rugs and furniture)  in the rooms that were painted. The company is insured, though, and so a professional cleaner has come and taken care of the main problems at no additional cost to us. A leather specialist is scheduled to come remove the last remaining paint stains on the leather couch. Scott is an honorable businessman and his team of workers, though imperfect , were very courteous and well-meaning and easy to have around. He was responsive to my feedback and swiftly took care of matters in so far as possible.
In the end , I am not quite a totally satisfied customer (it would have been better to have everything completed on schedule and no paint spatters to deal with) but I am not a furiously unhappy customer either. I hired someone else to come in and finish the trim  at very low cost to me and everything looks fine right now. The couch will be cleaned in a few weeks.
If I use these painters again (and I might, because they were so nice) ,  I will stress the need for adequate protective coverage of furniture and I will do more preliminary preparation myself before the job is begun.

"Our experience with Kitchen and Bath World was excellent; we are completely satisfied. We had two full bathrooms completely re-done as well as new kitchen counter tops and laminate flooring installed. Emily LaRose, the designer, is the consummate professional designer. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills. "I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."
