During my search, Mike Darling Construction stood out as one of the companies with highest reviews. I contacted Mike last summer and left a message on his voicemail early one evening regarding my desire to have a new sidewalk placed. He contacted me at 8am the next morning and was able to meet with me within 2 days to go over my request. He requested photos of the area where I wanted the sidewalk first so that he could do his homework prior. He and his crew were timely, courteous and professional. They laid a sidewalk that was exactly what I wanted. We were so pleased with Mike that we decided to hire him for a much bigger project- a pizza oven and outdoor kitchen, for the next spring. Throughout the process, Mike was so attentive to our needs, responding to our many calls, texts and voicemails , even after hours and on weekends. His crew was magnificent- very courteous , conscientious, and professional. Mike custom designed a pizza oven and outdoor kitchen that is more beautiful than anything I could have ever dreamed. It's literally drool worthy; I can't stop going outside to just stare at it. He does phenomenal work with reasonable pricing. My friends can't believe the price that I paid for the quality and incredibly detail. The icing on the top is that Mike is a genuinely likable guy. "The project went very well from start to finish. I like the fact that Kim and Jami Hinman come as a team. Kim is there to help each step of the way during the planning stages. She will go with you to the cabinet stores, Granite store or whereever you need to go and give you names of people to contact for all the other parts.Jami is an excellent carpenter and his work is top notch with a lot of attention to detail. We knew what we wanted from the onset of the project and Kim and Jami helped us tweak it and guided us along the way. Jami is super to deal with each morning when they arrive and all concerns/changes/adjustments are addressed immediately. Kim is available to speak with whenever needed and gets back to you right away if she can't answer at the moment. Our kitchen is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. "I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."
