"I had a sewer backup that flooded a room in my home. I had roto rooter dude out to my house 3 previous times in the course of a year to unclog my lines. I tried to reach out to rooterman but he was too busy. I hopped on Angies List and looked up plumbing. Farrell bros is what i decided to go with but was hesitant due to the F ratings. Their plumber Mike, i think it was mike (Marine Veteran) was at my house in less than an hour. He snaked and cleaned out the line, but he found what rooterman had missed! He saw that the trap plugs were rotted out and replaced them. Then he used a camera to scope out the line and i found out i had a broken Trap and a belly! How did the Rooterman miss this three times?? Mike ordered me a part and replaced the broken stuff and was very kind. Both of us were Marines so we bonded a bit over that i think. Anyway, he offered to get me an estimate for digging up and replacing the sewer line and told me about the financing. I may or may not go with them for that big job, i haven't decided yet and am trying to find a cheaper solution such as getting a excavator in there and exposing the pipe then calling Farrell in to replace. One thing is for sure, i wont call the rooterman anymore! Mike from Farell is a great plumber. Ignore some of these other crazy sounding reviews, i can tell you first hand that these people are legitimate."

"Ray is a very personable and friendly guy and he is very knowledgeable for the work he does. He and his crew arrived promptly when they said and worked almost non-stop to get my entire downstairs filled with new windows in about three days. He showed us how the windows worked, he gave us pointers to maintain the windows and he even repaired one of the interior sills that he though wasn't installed correctly. He did such a great job that we had him measure the 6 windows upstairs for replacement next month. Very happy with the outcome <br />"

"We were very pleased with the service received from Pella from the initial quote to the installation. The price was very fair based on other estimates we received. They also took a picture of the paint formula we had used on the trim in the room. The window and window trim were installed already painted with that finish. They set up a date for the installation and they arrived on that date. The installers were excellent. They had the window, inside and outside trim done in a matter of hours. They also avoided trampling perennials that were emerging from the ground under the window. I'm not sure how they even accomplished that! Thank you Pella for a job well done!!"

"The team from NAVCO was excellent. Rob was our initial contact, and he was great at communicating throughout the process. The team provided options and we selected what we thought was best for us, there was no up-selling or pressure. We had gotten estimates from 3 companies, and felt the NAVCO price was fair and reasonable. On the day of install, they brought a large crew and the work was done quickly and neatly. They cleaned up as they went along and before they left, sweeping up any debris and wiping down the installed windows. It was one of the best experiences that I have had with a local contractor in the area. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others."
