They showed up everyday and worked very long hours until the project was completed! Troy was very helpful In helping me make some of the design decions that I wasn't sure about and always thinking about keeping the structural support part of the build in mind! "Terrific, we decided to go w/ Stoneberger because their sales representative spent time advising and guiding us through the options, the colors and styles of doors. She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. We had one issue that arose b/c of the age of our house and Stoneberger addressed it quickly and beyond fairly. Highly recommend them."

"It went very well.  This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down.  The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive.  This was not the contractor's fault though.  The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for.  What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.

The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly.  The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount.  We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.

"The only regret I have about hiring Travis Graham/Graham Restoration was that I didn't find him sooner!  I needed a variety of jobs done to get our house ready for the market, and Travis was able to take care of ALL of them, quickly and professionally.  He painted the exterior and replaced rotted and dog-chewed wood trim, replaced pickets, replaced damaged siding, replaced boards on our deck, did some gutter repair (actually repaired some guttering that I thought would have to be replaced, thus saving me considerable expense) and did a small plumbing job.  Travis was very responsive to my initial call and follow-up emails.  I needed the work done in a hurry and it was also during that period where it rained for three weeks putting the schedule into turmoil since much of the work was outside.  Travis communicated about what he could/couldn't do because of the weather and looked for openings in the weather to get the jobs done.  For my jobs, he charged an hourly rate plus materials (and I had almost all material on-site) and he does not waste time.  He doesn't hurry but he works quickly and methodically and stages the jobs to get the most done in the least time.  In short, I'm sure I'll have another punchlist once we have a buyer for our house and subsequent home inspection, and I will absolutely call Travis to take care of it."

"Pasha was great from beginning to end. Started our kitchen remodel on day they said they would. Completed our remodel on day they scheduled and told us it would be completed, and all within budget, really impressed. Allowed us to order special backsplash components and special under counter outlets not used before (Lagrand) and still completed everything on time and within budget! We expected an additional charge, impressed. We had a few issues during the work which we expected in any contractor work, Cambria counter was not done correctly and had to be removed and replaced and reworked by that fabricator, but every issue was addressed immediately by Pasha and DIY Kitchens staff, fixed and done professionally. No surprise add on expenses, staff did several little extra things we did not expect. Exceeded our expectations, hear all sorts of horror stories, great staff, in office and on the job. Highly recommend them"
