He's quite articulate and managed to answer my many questions about the materials (made in the USA) he uses and the installation. This was my first time replacing the gutters on my house, so I didn't know that they were produced on-site by a huge machine that transforms flat aluminum into the correct shape and desired length. Ben gave me the estimate immediately, and it was less than what I expected. They did the job on an exceptionally warm March day and took the old gutters with them to be recycled. I now have gleaming white gutters that make my house look so much better than before! Of course, the real test will come when it rains again and I see them in action. "Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola. 
First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it.  When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish.  Three coats of stain/sealant were applied.  Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed.  Looks new.
Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice.  The pergola was then stained and sealed.  It, too, looks new.
Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk.  They look great.
