"I've worked with Troy and Mark on two jobs. The first was a smaller job to install railings on my front porch. I could tell right away their workmanship was excellent, and I was impressed with how Troy worked through unexpected obstacles that came up during the process. I was thrilled with the railings - they tied into the existing porch perfectly and looked like they'd always been there! I then hired Troy for a much larger job, involving converting a small bedroom into a bathroom, and converting an existing small bath into a laundry room. Once again, Troy and Mark were great throughout the process. This job took the room all the way down to the studs, and my house is quite old, so a lot of carpentry needed to be done to get the new room to be level and square. They clearly know their craft and are complete professionals! They managed the demolition, framing, installed insulation, drywall, flooring, and doors, and they also coordinated with all the sub-contractors. The site was cleaned up and left safe after each day, which I appreciated especially as the job got messy. Again, Troy worked through the inevitable unexpected hurdles and always came up with good solutions. Troy was also flexible in working with me, as I wanted to do most of the finish work myself, and we kept in close communication throughout the 6 weeks of work. The job came in on-time and on-budget, and I absolutely love my new spaces! It's great to have confidence and security knowing that everything is so well-built. On a personal note, I also really appreciated that, as a woman living alone, I never felt uncomfortable with Troy and Mark (and their sub-contractors) in my home, and could always trust them to be respectful of me and my space. I definitely recommend Troy-Bilt for anyone's remodeling job!"

She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. "Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"We were very happy with the way both bathrooms turned out, though it was not easy having 2 bathrooms out of commission for a month. Despite drop cloths being used there was lots of dust. The first couple of days were nerve wracking because during the demolition phase, we ran into unplanned plumbing and electrical issues, that brought about additional expenses. My wife and I work long days, so we were not there when the work was being done. We would see the daily progress and talk to Dave every day about the day's events. During the course of the month our living room became a bathroom warehouse, vanities, toilets, lights, tile, grout etc taking up space. 

I am adding this segment 5 months after the bathroom install and my wife and I could not be happier with our bathrooms. I would definitely use Dave again if we remodel our other bathroom."

"The only regret I have about hiring Travis Graham/Graham Restoration was that I didn't find him sooner!  I needed a variety of jobs done to get our house ready for the market, and Travis was able to take care of ALL of them, quickly and professionally.  He painted the exterior and replaced rotted and dog-chewed wood trim, replaced pickets, replaced damaged siding, replaced boards on our deck, did some gutter repair (actually repaired some guttering that I thought would have to be replaced, thus saving me considerable expense) and did a small plumbing job.  Travis was very responsive to my initial call and follow-up emails.  I needed the work done in a hurry and it was also during that period where it rained for three weeks putting the schedule into turmoil since much of the work was outside.  Travis communicated about what he could/couldn't do because of the weather and looked for openings in the weather to get the jobs done.  For my jobs, he charged an hourly rate plus materials (and I had almost all material on-site) and he does not waste time.  He doesn't hurry but he works quickly and methodically and stages the jobs to get the most done in the least time.  In short, I'm sure I'll have another punchlist once we have a buyer for our house and subsequent home inspection, and I will absolutely call Travis to take care of it."

"They did the job right and were very thorough and courteous. It was obvious that they were juggling my project with other projects and that was sometimes annoying. But they handled the two major changes (new color of paint and adding shower doors) very well. They even complimented me on the new paint color because it broke up the monotony of the first color choice and the new color is very pretty. Great experience!"
