"They showed up early and asked if they could go ahead and get started.  They did my roof in one day.  They cleaned up extremely well.  They guaranteed their work.  Made sure all the nails were picked up.  Had put tarp all around the house.  Removed all lawn ornaments and put them all back when they are done.  Did all the extras not necessarily asked for - went the extra mile that we really appreciated.  Their crew was absolutely wonderful, cordial.  Any questions we had they answered.  Brian, the Sales Manager, came out everyday to keep watch.  The experience was fabulous.  The owner even came out to see how things were going.  They worked with our insurance company and went over the house with them.  It would be a wonderful world if all companies had this work ethic.  I recommended them to my neighbors and 3 of them hired them."

"Actual installation took 1 day, but estimate, scheduling and final payment took almost 2 months. Gutter guards could not be installed as per factory instructions because of problems with existing drip rail, but were installed with modifications. New gutters tended to overflow where roof valley met gutter, but this was corrected later with the addition of valley splash shields. One unpleasant surprise was the subcontracting of gutter installation by a local company that we had had previous dealing with, who argued with us about desired modifications. However, Scott was very involved, and resolved all issues, including adjusting the price based on and quot;pain and sufferingand quot;. Scott was excellent and receptive to what we had to say, as well as being easy to get along with.
Suggestion to customers: specify work to be performed by their own crew, not sublet.

"Chad and crew did a great job and meet all my expectations for a professional, knowledgeable, and helpful contractor. He listened to my concerns, provided a prompt quote and researched how to obtain siding which matched the original. During installation, he took the time to explain what they found when searching for the source of the water leaks and his recommendation to fix those. As the existing siding was older, he was able to take original siding from our shed to better match that needed on the house and used the new siding on the shed (visibly hard to tell the difference though). He kept me appraised of when he was on/off the property and left the job site clean. We are very pleased with the outcome and would use again."
