"We had a simple plat process where we split one property into 2. We relied on A-1 to provide the service. Not only did it take 24 months to complete (yes you read that correctly), but we had to hound the team to get it done. Some of the delays were basic. Hays County had a checklist of requirements for electronic files, it took multiple rounds to get these corrected and added to the delay. That delay, because of price inflation, has cost me more than $12,000 in additional costs for septic components. Would not recommend, not even to my ex-wife."

I had called Accurate Pest Control for Scorpions, and paid them over $400 to use their chemicals to get rid of the Scorpions. Whatever solutions they used, it did not make the Scorpions go away. I had them in the bathroom, on walls, in my 11 year old room crawling, I was concerned and kept asking them to come out to spray. They have come out 4 times and Scorpions were still in the house. They said "because you live by the forest they keep coming". I understand that, but why do I call you? To get rid of them right? Well it did not work. I asked them for reimbursment, and the Owner said they will not reimburse me, because they "did the job right" was told by Service Manager. I wanted you to make a fair decision and hope that my review will help you make a right choice. Accurate Pest Control was not able to help me."

"1. Products were great. 2. Sales were great. 3. Wood Floor install looks fine 4. Carpet installation was terrible, and they had to redo one complete room. The joints show and there is fraying around the edges. Stairs have carpet fibers sticking out everywhere. I have been involved in construction for 50 years and seen thousands of yards of carpet installed. In my opinion O'Krent hires whoever is the cheapest, and then doesn't follow up. I have left emails & messages, but no response. I think there are Carpet Companies who handle the same products in the area, but do a better job."
