The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. "Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain.
