"I came home to a pool of water in my front yard. Since I had already been using Will-Fix-It for my A/C and heating maintenance, I called them to see if they could help. The first part of the project was to dig where the problem area was an assess the damage. Turned out I had an old black pipe running under my yard which was the standard when the house was built in 1976. They repaired the leak area and clamped it fully explaining that without a complete digout and replacement of the entire line I would probably have the same issue in the future. I couldn't afford a project that big at the time so I assumed the risk. More than 2 years later, the pipe burst again and luckily I had the ability to fund the project. I called Will-Fix-It again and they came back out and completed the job. I have had 0 problems with the new line and am grateful they were able to get water in my house again within just a day. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. I was having issues with my water heater and called Caliente to schedule a time to have a technician come out. The ease of making the appointment and the amount of time it took to get a technician to the house was outstanding.
