"I had been looking to have my roof done for months. Seth Kemmerer responded to my requests and I loved he provided options. Other companies did not provide options just pushed a higher priced job. Seth was very hands on and in communicated every step of what was happening with the job. I hired their company 9/18/2020 and my roof was installed; job completed 9/21/2020. "I hire them to do my front deck and expand my back deck and put up a privacy fence. It took them for ever to get the permits. Didn't have enough crew because they take on more than they can crew. They ghosted me for a couple of weeks . Ppl quitting on them .They put up my fence without a survey and went off of my word . Where i thought my property was. My neighbor said my fence was on her property . Pro Solutions charged me and extra $1500 dollars to move the fence. I had to pay $1000. For Trout Creek to come out and survey my property. They out sourced my deck to a another company that's why they ghosted me because they were looking for someone to build my deck . The new company came and was working hard and fast . Then they didn't report to work a few days . When they came back I asked them what happen ? They told me they wasn't getting paid . So they wasn't working until they got paid . They got paid and those guys were great. NOT PRO SOLUTIONS these guys are pieces of shit"
