"Jennifer was so willing and helpful when I called the day our water heater went. I didn't really want to get different companies out and giving bids, and then back to do the work with COVID-19 going on. Not to mention how long that whole process can take. She let me take pictures that afternoon of what we had and where the new water heater would attach to the gas line and then send them to her. She shared those and gave me a bid by email, and I had my new water heater the next morning. Wes and John came on time and with masks on, left the area clean, and were great communicating. Did a great job and everything is working great!! Oh, and the price was very good. Thanks so much!!"

"I have to say this company impressed me every step of the way. From the first time I called until the job was completed, they we're punctual professional and I waited for nothing. I usually expect to wait for return calls, emails etc. I was always supported when my inquiries were answered within minutes. Everything was seamless. I've had many experiences with terrible customer service and expensive repairs left not feeling like I got my money's worth. Not with Simpson Plumbing. They come highly recommend by me."

"Great. He found the metal blocking the disposal and saved me having to install new one. Tightened my faucet in about half a minute. Replaced line and shut off valve to my dishwasher, increasing my water pressure. Showed me how to take toilet fill valve apart to clean out rust so I did not have to call them again."

"They listened on the phone and repeated my explanation back to me perfectly the first time. That was nice. A very experienced friendly man listened to my story carefully and addressed the issue that stopped me from doing the repair myself. He cut out the broken (old chrome pipe) that led to the cast iron drain. He tried a wrench like I did, then stopped when it was obvious that would never work. Cut out the pipe without causing further damage. He then snaked it out, and we discussed how in the future this pipe should eventually be replaced. Then he expertly put it back together with new parts. Now I can plan long term solution while resuming my daily routine."

"Question answered. After some energetic snaking produced only mud and gravel, we declared it either to be a "collapsed pipe" or a catch basin. Technician snaked a neighboring pipe to see if there was a back door into the suspected catch basin, but no luck. Next step: find someone to dig up the old basin then install a sump pump w. basin."

"We have used Classic Pro Contractors in the past and will continue to have David and his crew be our number one company to call with a painting and/or repair need. He got the work done on time, did a great job, and stayed in communication with us the whole time. He is definitely a person we will continue to use.
