I didn't really want to get different companies out and giving bids, and then back to do the work with COVID-19 going on. Not to mention how long that whole process can take. She let me take pictures that afternoon of what we had and where the new water heater would attach to the gas line and then send them to her. She shared those and gave me a bid by email, and I had my new water heater the next morning. Wes and John came on time and with masks on, left the area clean, and were great communicating. Replaced line and shut off valve to my dishwasher, increasing my water pressure. Showed me how to take toilet fill valve apart to clean out rust so I did not have to call them again."

A very experienced friendly man listened to my story carefully and addressed the issue that stopped me from doing the repair myself. He cut out the broken (old chrome pipe) that led to the cast iron drain. He tried a wrench like I did, then stopped when it was obvious that would never work. Cut out the pipe without causing further damage. He then snaked it out, and we discussed how in the future this pipe should eventually be replaced. Then he expertly put it back together with new parts. Now I can plan long term solution while resuming my daily routine."
