"He said the spin lock was broken. The washer is an older model and he asked me if I wanted to put $200 or more into fixing it with the correct part plus labor. I did not. So he bypassed the spin lock so that the washer will work. He was here just a few minutes, his business is in the same city, he didn’t install a new part, and he charged me $100!!! I think that was exorbitant! Would not recommend him."

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."

We actually went to Lowe's together to get what we needed and it took a long time for Lowe's to get us what we needed. Raymond pushed back another job and made sure everything was done right and working right before leaving my house. He did not budge on his promised price but I demanded he take more than we agreed to. He wouldn't even take all the extra money I wanted to give him. This guy is the real deal."
