"I was so very pleased to have found David Lambert to work with as a contractor for the renovation of a condo that I had purchased David and his team consulted with me for a few months prior to the decision to contract with them. They were always available for a call or visit to answer the TONS of questions I had. Once they started the renovations , not only did they help me make many decisions that I didn't even think of , they remembered everything I asked for even in times when I had forgotten such as lighting fixtures and dimmer switches. David has vast experience in realty, contracting, and decorating . This helped me greatly with the esthetic in what I consider now, a "new" home. I can not say enough about his talent and caring to make things comfortable for you. below are some before and afters master bath and kitchen. See my gorgeous granite fireplace hearth"

"Troy did an amazing job, we hired him to do some basement remodeling. All work went smooth in every aspect. He showed great detail to his work. I would absolutely recommend Troy to anyone looking for a contractor."

"The tile in the bathroom looks great... so far. Jose also replaced a kitchen sink faucet and connections. Because he was also handling the plumbing connections in the bathroom, this seemed like something that should be in his wheelhouse. Well, 3 months later the kitchen sink had a serious leak and I had to have everything don again, and he charged $300 to unhook the faucet and reinstall in and two hoses. I could have done this myself, but was not nearby to do so. I thought he had done a good job, but since such a simple repair was a total failure, now I have to wonder what other surprises might pop up in the quality of his work, which cost about $7k in labor alone. Not feeling confident at this moment."

"Sean Wright was always professional, prompt, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. I was not sure of some things I wanted to do and Sean made suggestions of various options I had not thought of, then talked through the pros and cons of each idea until I came up with a decision of what would work best for me and what I wanted to accomplish. This was invaluable in helping me manage the costs. The work he and his team did was excellent quality and they cleaned up every day before they left, and made it as easy as possible for me to live in the house while it was being renovated/remodeled.

The subcontractors were also good for the most part. The plumber and HVAC people were competent and completed their work in a timely manner and the pricing was reasonable. The cabinet maker was excellent. He built custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets to my design and measurements and installed them for less than half what Lowes had quoted for similar cabinets and they look great.

The electrical contractor, Kennedy Electric did good work but the price was twice what I had expected and took months longer than it should have.

I would not hesitate to recommend SLW for any size construction or remodeling job. I will be contacting them again later in the summer for some work on the exterior of the house.

"The did an excellent job! The counter tops look great! Everyone was extremely helpful, especially the project manager (Heather) who was in constant communication with me the whole time. The gentleman who did the template even informed me of a special on the under mount sink that Home Depot didn't even tell me about. I was extremely impressed and it was a great experience!"

"They did a great job from the salesman to the roofers. Everything the salesman told me (and he went thru everything that would be done, step by step) was done from the materials being dropped off the day before to the clean up after the roof was done. I hope I don.t ever need it but the 50 year / unlimited wind guarantee isnice and it's even transferable if i ever want to move"

"He is excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Troy was such a pleasure to have in my home today. I will definitely hire him again for anything I may need and I would give him my highest rating."

"We had a home inspection that pointed out a lot of electrical issues that needed addressed asap. I call Jake’s company and he made our home a priority and was very professional. My contractor was so impressed with him that he even started using him. The work was done on time and was done very well. Plus, the price charged was very reasonable-which is hard to find for an electrician these days. Highly recommended."
